1. Nature of the Service
MY IPL TEAM DP Generator provides digital goods — specifically, instantly generated and downloaded HD profile pictures. Because the digital file is created and made available for download immediately upon payment, the service is fulfilled at the point of sale.
2. No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a payment has been successfully processed and the download link has been made available, because:
- The digital image is immediately generated and delivered upon payment.
- Digital goods cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.
- The service is available to preview (watermarked) before any payment is made.
3. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Granted
We will consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Double charge: If your account was charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- Payment deducted but download link not received: If your payment was confirmed by Razorpay but you did not receive access to the HD download within 24 hours.
- Technical failure: If a server-side error prevented the generation of your image after payment.
In any of the above cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment ID and a description of the issue.
4. Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is initiated through Razorpay, as image generation begins immediately. If you abandon the payment midway and are charged (which Razorpay handles at their end), please contact Razorpay support directly or reach out to us.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Razorpay processes all refunds; the timeline is subject to their processing schedule.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us and include:
- Your Razorpay Payment ID (starts with
pay_) - Your Razorpay Order ID (starts with
order_) - The email address used during payment
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
