MY IPL TEAM DP Generator is a 100% digital service. We create and deliver digital image files (JPEG, 1024×1024 pixels). No physical products are manufactured, packaged, or shipped. This policy therefore covers the delivery of digital goods.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery is instant. Here is the complete flow:
- You upload your photo and select an IPL team.
- You click “Generate My IPL DP” — a watermarked preview is shown within seconds.
- You review the preview and proceed to pay ₹49.
- Upon successful payment confirmation, the “Download HD Image” button appears immediately.
- You download the HD 1024×1024 JPEG directly to your device — no email, no waiting.
3. Download Validity
The HD download link is time-limited for security. It is valid for 10 minutes from the time of payment confirmation. Please download your image immediately after payment.
If your download link expires before you are able to download, please contact us with your payment ID and we will re-issue access.
4. Technical Requirements
To receive your digital DP you need:
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- A stable internet connection
- Sufficient storage space on your device (~500 KB per image)
5. Failed or Incomplete Downloads
If your download fails or is interrupted, please try the following:
- Refresh the page and click Download HD Image again (within the 10-minute window).
- Try a different browser or disable any download-blocking extensions.
- Check that your device has sufficient storage space.
If the issue persists, contact us immediately with your Razorpay Payment ID. We will assist you within 24 hours.
