By accessing and using MY IPL TEAM DP Generator(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MY IPL TEAM DP Generator is an online tool that allows users to create customised IPL-themed digital profile pictures (“DP”) by uploading their own photograph and selecting an IPL team template. The Service is provided on a pay-per-download basis at ₹49 per HD image.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
- You must own or have the right to use the photograph you upload.
- You must not upload images that are obscene, defamatory, or violate any law.
- You are solely responsible for the content of the images you upload.
- You must not attempt to circumvent the payment mechanism.
4. Intellectual Property
IPL team names, logos, and trademarks are the property of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the respective IPL franchises. This is a fan-made service and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by the BCCI, IPL, or any IPL team.
The underlying Service software and non-team design elements are the intellectual property of MY IPL TEAM. Generated DPs are for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. We do not store any payment card information.
The cost of downloading a HD DP is ₹49 (inclusive of all taxes). This is a one-time, per-image charge.
6. Delivery of Digital Goods
Upon successful payment, the HD image download link is made available instantly within the browser. No physical goods are shipped. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more details.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Image quality depends on the resolution of the photograph you upload.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MY IPL TEAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in dispute.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
